I posted this link in a previous thread before it got zapped for rough play (I didn't see the rough play). I thought it interesting information based on some recent discussions related to which region harvests what and how much. Plus it gives interesting stats about lost birds and how many coots are harvested (I hope I'm not missing out on culinary delicacy there). Draw your own conclusions. You know what they say about statistics.
