Scent lok tote

Ok I have used scent lok for 3 years now, I have only had the medium weight stuff for mid to late fall. I just purchased 2 late season full suits. I have always kept my mid weight stuff in a air tight bag. Now that I have so much more and there is not enough room in my bag, I was thinking about buying two of those scent lok totes for 79.99 to keep all my gear in.

Question 1: Do you have/use these totes?

Question 2: if so is it worth the money and would you buy them again?

For the price I am leaning toward getting a plain old Rubbermaid tote for 20.00 that is big enough for all my stuff and just throw in a scent wick maybe earth or dirt smell.

What do you think?

I have the tote and I like it for fitting all my gear in it and how the lid locks down.

Does it work? Well if you find something that is air tight it will be the same only difference is the carbon piece on top but when I put my gear in there I open up some Earth Scents to cover anything anyways. I wouldn't buy it again.

Make your own! I too looked at the scent lok totes, but I ended up just buying some plastic totes of the same size from wally world for 10$ each. I bought the ones that have the handles that keep the lid on. Bought one for the early season "light" clothes and one for the heavier clothes for later season.

I also bought some rubber door/window seal and super glued it around the rim of the tote, so it is basically water and air tight. Now I have 2 totes that are air/water tight for under 30$.
