I would like too hear from anybody that has or had this depthfinder.What do you like about it?What don't you like?What do you think of the sidefinder technology?I hear that they are discontinueing this model,i thought it was advertised as there best seller!

I used one about 6 years ago. The sidefinder was geared more for bass fishing and open water trolling for suspended walleyes. It didn't help me much at all. Take a look at the new Vexilar Edge2. Its a split screen dual transducer LCG sonar. http://www.vexilar.com/products/lc507.html
I will be pulling my Lowrance unit form the rear of my boat this summer and running this machine.
This new technology helps you see what other units can't. Its also very user friendly.
