Pro View or 12/19 degree transducer for vexilar

I was thinking of getting the Pro View transducer because people say its good, BUT its a 9 degree and it is to narrow for me, so can any one explain why its so expensive and good or better than the 12/19 degree ones?

I'm not sure if this is right or not but I read that the pro view from 0-30' is a 40 degree and over 30' it automatically switches to a 9 degree. I have a fl22 with the tri beam that I think is going bad and was thinking about trying the pro view or maybe just the 12 degree.

Thanks for the link to that video there's a lot of good info there. I don't remember where I read about the pro view , but I was way off base. I think I'm going to give the pro view a try with my fl22.

I'm running a Pro View with my 22 this winter as well. I've heard/read a lot of really good things about it and am excited to try it.

I picked up a Pro-Ducer and put it on my FL-18. From what I've read and seen in the video's It looks like I would get a lot more out of it with the FL-22.
