walleye-
My wife and I are in need of a new cell plan beings our free work plan is expiring in 2 weeks. We want a data plan but the cost is nuts. Would rather not do a contract for 150 a month. Have looked into some prepaid plans but it seems that they dont offer full internet service just mobile web which wouldn't let one stream videos or music. We are really confused on what to get and time is running out.. Does anyone want to share what they have and the cost of service. We live in central Mn.Thanks
upnorth
AT&T here limited data, text, and minutes. I think 5GB, 1000, and 700 in that order. 2 phones. Roughly $90 a month.
delcecchi
There are prepaid plans that have data available. Tmobile for one, and there is another through walmart that is also on Tmobile network. The wally one claims "unlimited data" but throttles it after so much data. Probably not going handle streaming movies. Maybe music.

gregg52
I have verizon and hate them the covage is goodbut anything else they will rip you a new one big time...like lose aphone or drop one they will sock it to you the insurance is a 3rd company that has as many excuses not to cover you as they do to cover its very very frustratingi just dont know no-way to go cheap they are all spendy they might tell you 50 a month for this and that and by the time you get the bill its 75 or betteri have 450 minutes a month for 39$ but the bill is still close to
DTro
Ive had Verizon since the AirTouch Cellular days and have always been happy with them.First consider the coverage area you will be using your phone, that should really trump everything.
