deerminator
Enjoying last night's leftovers for lunch right now! I like to make up the crock the night before, wrap it in cellophane so the potatoes don't go brown, and leave it in the fridge overnight. Then in the morning before I leave for work, put the crock in the cooker part, pour in a couple of cups of water, and crank it to low all day until I get home. Final step is to dump into a serving pan and eat. Goes perfect with a dollop of sour cream to help create a gravy of sorts.

deerminator
Yep, sometimes less is more. Just the sausage, carrots, potatoes, onions and some cracked pepper and ground garlic and sea salt. Along with the water. Good stuff. Thanks.
