Page 11 of the MN DNR Waterfowl Regs.

No motorized decoys anywhere through Oct 6th.

After that, motorized decoys are not allowed on water that if fully enclosed on a MN WMA.

Federal WPAs are not impacted by this rule.

Wind powered spinners are not banned by these rules either.
