brittman Posted October 3, 2012 Share Posted October 3, 2012 Page 11 of the MN DNR Waterfowl Regs.No motorized decoys anywhere through Oct 6th. After that, motorized decoys are not allowed on water that if fully enclosed on a MN WMA. Federal WPAs are not impacted by this rule.Wind powered spinners are not banned by these rules either.
