Older Beretta

My Grandpa recently gave me his old Beretta. It's a 12 gauge semi auto. I think I've narrowed it down to 301, 302 or 303, (I think), but I'll be darned if I can find anything on the web to show me for sure. Here's a picture, any help would be appreciated.

This is what I found and it has an unusual lever not many were made with this one but I believe it to be the A301 just not sure what year.

I'm guessing it is a 2 3/4 only gun?

Nope, dropped two honkers with 3" Winchester Blind Sides this morning. I was skeptical, but they hit hard.

Looks identical to the A301 I own. They have the goofy lever for locking the action open. Great gun and yes mine is chambered to 3". I'm also unsure of the exact year but My father bought this gun used for me 13 yrs ago.
