Anyone else dealing with this mess? Got our initial offer for care. Tree care guy said to reevaluate as they are removing trees in better shape than ours. Hopefully it doesn't take another 9 months to hear anything. Have been lucky enough to have an informal(free) conversation with a lawyer. May need to make it formal with the next offer. Thanks for all your help Dupont.
