I am looking to start building my second wheelhouse in the next week or two and am debating which frame to go with. My first frame was a 6.5 x 12 w/ 3' V bought from Don at Miltona Blacksmith and I thought it was a great frame at a great price. My next house will be a 8 x 16 w/ V and the only thing I dont like about these at Miltona is they do not have double pulley winches and take up more room in the wheelwells.

-Iv'e looked at Ice Castle frames, but I am very worried about the angle iron

-Iv'e talked to CW Welding, but their frames are 8'2" wide which seems unnecessary and inconvienient

I have looked into Tebben, Fish House Supply, Aluminum frames(not convinced) and Road King(which may be my front runner.)

All I am looking for is a winch system, so any of your thoughts, experiences, and recommendations would be greatly appreciated. I will plan on posting a thread throughout the construction of this house.
