Training Collar

What is a good training collar that would be under $200?????

Before I got my upland sport g3, I used a cabela's collar my grandpa had it cost him around a 150 maybe less, but it did the job well, I used it a whole bird season with no problems, it was a basic unit. The only issue I did have on a after thought was I trained the dog to come back to me when I hit the tone only key, it was nice not to not have to spook the birds by yelling to have her work closer, but when I went from that collar and a bell to the collar beeper unit it took a long time to get her to not leave point and come to me when the beeper went off because she was on point. Now she knows the hawk scream means stay and the locater tone means come here. I run in silent mode but I think if I used the range tones it would be a mess for a while with it going off at the 5 or 10 sec time frame and her running back to me every 5 or 10 sec. just my
