I FINALLY CAUGHT MY FIRST MUSKIE EVER!!!! 37 INCHES!!! My adrenaline was through the roof!! Looks like im hooked on the sport, goodbye paycheck. WHOOO HOOOO!!!!

1st Musky = 37" ... Not bad!

I'm not a musky fisherman YET! but my biggest Pike is 40". It took a number of years for that to happen.

So congratulations!!! You have got 1 on me! My first Pike was probably 18"-20" so that means, by my rudementary math, that your big boy will be 74"! Wait a minute... I guess a factor of 2 is probably a little overkill for my ratio. Anyway, I'd settle for a mid 50" ski Good luck to ya!

I caught the muskie over on lake owasso. haha yur right about the user name, im gonna change it now. I just wanna say thanks to a couple fisherman that helped me out and took my picture. Dont know their names or if they have ever visit this site, but thank you for your help.

Where did u catch it? I live about a block from that lake and fish it all the time for musky but have never caught one on it.

I caught it over by the ski jump while i was trolling in about 10 ft of water. She hit hard and came to the surface right away and thrashed around the water. After that she did a beautiful tail stand for me. Cant wait till I get another!!

muskie, you'll find over time not to be so specific on the spots you catch your muskies. That is if you still want some good spots left. Just trying to help ya.
