My Father-In Law wants to rent a cabin on a small to mid sized lake. Walleye fishing should be good and easy but would not have to be great.

What would be nice is if the access were restricted to just the resort. That is the dream-does the resort exist? He wants to rent for about 6 weeks next year. Any help would be great.

Try edgewild resort on W Fox lake near fifty lakes. Nice resort with cabins and a private access. Access is a little tight but there is a public access and they give you your own slip with cabin rental. Real nice place and pretty good fishing with super friendly owners.
