We picked up a 38' park model trailer last year for $2500. It was at a park that my in-laws are at and it got repo'ed by the bank. The bank didn't want to come get it since they were out of state so we bought it cheap and fixed it up.

The park is nice, but it caters to retirees and older folks so there is zero for the kids to do. I'm thinking of moving to a new park, but want something fairly close to home on a decent fishing lake. I live in Albertville so maybe I'll have to check out Timberwoods.
