Do you guys recommend black or the silver leaders? I have always used the silver, I don't like the fact that you can see the leader as soon as you can see the lure coming in. Do any of you notice a difference or is it all in my head that the black would be better.

And is 9" big enough?

I have used both black and silver and found that it doesnt make much of a difference. I stick with only silver now and still catch plenty of pike to keep me happy
