Looking for a spot to bow fish in the minnetonka area

Where are some good places to shoot carp from the shore in the minnetonka area? Any small dams on minnetonka lake where there might be some?

Grays bay dam is always loaded up on the minnihaha side .... But that being in the city limits would probably make it a fire ARM issue. Worth checkibg into though.
