loadmaster Posted May 4, 2012 Share Posted May 4, 2012 A friend canned some smelt in oil and liq Smoke. Taste was good but not the same texture as sardines in the can. Seemed like to much liquid in the bottom of the jar. Any hints on how to firm them up more and less liq.
