Mr Walleye Trolling Rods

Looking at picking up a couple of the 9.5 ft telescoping Mr. Walleye Trolling rods for running lead core this year.

Anyone have experience with these rods, and how they work for lead core? Will the 9.5 be long enough to give me room to eventually run "shorties" on the inside?

Last years were ok but has some design flaws. The new ones are improved. I have 2 broken ones that I couldnt get replaced under warranty because they didnt have any more. Im going to call and have them replace them with this years models.

I highly suggest you call Turk at Limit Creek Rods and see what he has left in trolling rods. He has some very good leadcore rods that I have used the past few years and like a lot. Great bang for the buck. His Shorties are the best I have used.
