Seafood medley

anyone have any ideas for some seafood in the wok on the grill I have some lobster scallops and shrimp think of doing some type of stir fry in the Weber Gourmet Wok on the grill tonight any good seafood sauce ideas? over noodles?

I know its late but I like just seasoning shrimp and scallops with some salt and pepper then into a hot pan with a little oil.

The shrimp I toss around but the scallops I give 3-4 minutes on each of the flat sides to form a nice sear.

I like to finish them with some sweet n sour duck sauce...

For a "stir fry" sauce over noodles the wife made this the other day and it was excelent...

She saute'd some diced up chicken and veggies, when they were about done added in some cooked noodles then stirred in 3 tablespoons of brown sugar, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1/4 cup each of ketchup and mustard. I was kinda scared but it was excelent and got put in the "make again" pile...

Skipped the stir fry and just grilled everything used the new Weber Gourmet skillet for the scallops everything turned out great
