Opener pike

Where will the northerns be on the 10th? Figured I'd fish them during the day, eyes in the eve.

Well for opener I like to try trolling for them in about 7' to 12' with rapalas. If there is a warm bay with lots of little sunnies i would try to cast for them right next to some cover like lilli pads and weed edges.
I seem to do the best on opener fishing with raps and trolling. Troll the weed edges, they more cover the better for pike.
I will probably be doing the same as Lunker on opener too, fishing for pike during the day and walleyes at night. GoodLuck on opener.
