Jiffy Issue

I own a Jiffy Stealth 3HP 8" auger that is about 6 years and i love it, but yesterday when i was popping holes the blades and shaft wanted to keep spinning when the engine would drop down to idle speed. Say i would pop a hole, let off the throttle, engine would drop to idle speed and it keeps spinning. It's not spinning fast but its not suppose to do this! Whats the issue here??

Idle is set a little high. Mine used to do this all the time until I adjusted the Idle. The idle screw it on the carb while running turn it until it quits spinning.

if its not the idle set to high, you could have broke a spring in the clutch,its not a big deal to change one out but try to lower your idle setting first.if that dont do it check your clutch!
