o fishing rods bait propane for lantern which was the worst 2nd worst was forgetting my can of chew in my truck when it was only 2 out side had to book it back half a mile to get it to

On a recent trip i was fishing with a buddy and we get part way out and i realized i forgot my phone which i use for gps with the navionics app. we knew where we wanted to fish so said ahh we dont need it and kept going, then we get out there and i realized i forgot my ice spikes then thought i can get by without them. drilled a couple of holes was checking with the locator and went down like a ton of bricks LOL. i went down so fast i couldnt even put a hand out but i was also holding the locator i didnt want to drop. we find the fish and get all setup catch a few fish and we both start looking around and then at about the same time realize we forgot the beer. That was the last straw LOL phone no biggee, ice cleats nah we can get by, no beer? i went and started the wheeler and made the trip in. We can all do without some of the things we think we depend on but once in a while theres a straw that breaks the camels back.

Not all on the same trip.

I left my little clam chair/rod holder deal in the car... granted I only had to walk 350 yards or so to remedy that situation. Actually the only reason it was a big enough deal to walk even that far was that's where I store all of my tipup gear. 10 minutes later I had everything I forgot. except of course the luck, pride, and strategy.

Just this pastweekend i was out on WBL until midnight. Perch and Crappy was hitting but not consistance. Well anyways came home and didn't relized I left my tip up out on the lake until 2 am, then drove back and on to the lake to get it. guess what when i arrived, there it was. Untouch! Nice right!
