I thought my wife fell down, turns out she decided to make a snow angel

I always wanted to see some Cedar Waxwings. There was a flock that spent the week eating berries on our road. They are smaller than I thought.

Drove up the Gunflint Trail looking for some mooseseses, but didn't find any this year.

Saw a flock of about 7 of these on the road. By the time my tires finally beat the ice and I stopped, they flew into the trees. Pretty sure they are Spruce Grouse

A highlight of the trip was when we were driving up to the Grand Portage. I thought a deer was crossing 61 ahead of us, but then I realized it was a WOLF. Sadly, it was too far a head for a picture and disappeared.
