looking for lowrance ice kit for a 522

I got a 522c on my boat just wondering if there is a place to buy the ice kit or does anyone have one to sell. why did lowrance quit selling them are they junk or what thanks for any info

I made my own. Used a old Genz Blue Box (Vexalar) bought a battery and ducer

( Fleet Farm). Works great and cost about $100.00

been thinking that to did you get the ice ducer for it or is it the one that mounts on a boat and did u have to buy a power cord to. How does it work in the cold thanks

Lowrance still makes an ice pack. It will require an adaptor to work with your unit though.

Yes I did get the ice ducer from FF and I did have to buy a power cable

($15.00- $20.00

Yes, I did buy the ice ducer, about $60.00 and a power cord $15.00.

I only use it in my flip over with heat. Also turn off the GPS when not in

use (saves battery). Also my unit is the 522i. (internal GPS)
