Took wheeler to Miller Marine after all. They charge $80 hr. It was there 7 days and they worked on it and then would let it sit overnight and see how it was in the morning. After all that it was only $160 for labor. I think it was very good that they kept test running after each adjustment to the carb. I am very happy with the outcome. I will use thwm again.
