I would have it say it's your regulator. If it's not that, you can take it apart and clean it. There may be spider webs or something blocking one of the lines.

I've had it where at first it starts fine, but then slowly looses gas and dies down, eventually to off. I decided to buy a new 2 burner stove because the cost of the regulator new plus shipping is about half price of a new one. Plus the newer ones burn a lot better than the older ones.
