reinhard1 Posted December 10, 2011 Share Posted December 10, 2011 i have made pickled pike a few times but never added sour cream to it. i would think you would make your favorite pickled pike and take a portion of it and add sour cream and chives and mix it up and go for it. i think that is basicly what it is. just take a tast test as you add the sour cream if it needs more or less and adjust that in your next batch. good luck.
