Warm Air Circulation

For those of you without a forced air furnace, how do you keep the air near the floor warm in you permanent? I'm finishing a build and have a nice furnace, but the air temp at the ceiling is quite different than at the floor. I'm running off battery so computer fans are one option. How do you have them configured?

I did an in-wall system just like you would see in a house. I have 5 computer fans at various heights strung through the wall and vent covers on the top and bottom. Pull the air in from the top and force it out the bottom. It is quiet and runs non-stop.

I have O2 fans(12v or 110) from w-m. They have magnetic bases. I installed small sheet metal pieces near the ceiling. Keeps my floor warm enough for slippers and shorts. They are a bit noisey, but after awhile I don't notice. I take them down when traveling.

+ 1 I have one of those in my fish house as well. Had it for 6 years now and still works great, quiet as a mouse. Only uses .75 amps per hour. Got mine at fish house supply, one of the sponsors here.

How far does it stick down from the ceiling?
