fishnowworknever
I'm wondering what those DNR downloadable maps are like and how they work. I have a garmin 76csx:Do I need to put in a blank microSD card when using these maps? Do the DNR WMA maps include the trails (ATV, Snowmobile etc) or do I need to manually enter these in?Thanks in advance for any info.

0 fishnowworknever
I contacted Garmin, they suggested to use a separate microSD card for this map file.I'll give it a go tonight and report back.
0 fishnowworknever
I installed the maps with a new microSD card, I put the WMA maps and snowmobile maps on.Nothing too fancy but it gives you parking info, WMA boundaries and snowmobile trails.I used the Mapwel's MAPupload which was available from the MN DNR HSOforum to upload the files to my Garmin. The upload failed when I tried to add the additional files to my Lakemaster chip, I figured this would happen but gave it a try anyways.
