Best way to fog a 4 stroke?

I have a 2007 Yamaha 150 forestroke and I'm wondering what's the best way to fog it while winterizing. When I bought it back in '07 there was a lot of debate that 4 strokes didn't need to be fogged so all I've been doing every year is just remove the spark plugs and spray the fogging oil into each cylinder and then crank it over a few times. I've read several threads on spraying it into the carb while it is running until it stalls, but I have fuel injection so how would I go about doing it and is it necessary? Thanks.

In your case, you'd follow the EFI/DFI motor version.

No reason to do it...as you have read. Yamaha support told me the same thing when I called them to verify.
