Longrange Winter Forecast

Just looked up the long range forecast for winter 2012: Cold and snowy. They predict less snow than last year, which is nice. I'm really excited about the cold part I know they aren't always right, but it's giving me hope for an early ice up!

For the fisherman's sake hopefully the snow and cold will be spaced out a little better than last year; as far as the fish were concerned, they had a pretty good year. lakes in my area were hard to access and travel on and no reports of the gang rape that had occurred in the recent previous years.....catch 22 I guess.....not choosing sides....just saying.
