That is sweet. Mine is currently at the taxidermist waiting to get mounted. Went with Bob Wendt out of Mankato. Once I saw his stuff I could not resist.

Ok......I need a little advise from you guys. I have a 27" walleye at the taxidermist already. If I were to catch a bigger fish this fall, could I immediately gift the to my fishing partner. Just wondering the regulations regarding this topic. Thanks for the advise in advance.

Muc, nice fish. How big? Also, hows the nils and the fl-8 working out for you. I did not end up taking that job down south and am very glad I did not, beside giving my nils away.

Once the fish is mounted at the taxidermist it no longer counts towards your possesion limit. You would just need to know when the taxi put the skin on the manakin. After that you can have another if you choose. If it is still in the freezer at the taxidermist, then it still counts towards your limit. Make sense?

As far as things, they are good, glad to hear they are for you as well. The Nils is in fine shape and used often! The Vex was for a buddy, I don't do Vex's so can't really tell you, but he hasn't cussed me out, so I assume it works fine!

no!! once a fish is "out of" your possesion, it is not counted toward your possesion limit, the taxidermist only takes down your lic info to comply with the laws that the fish was actually caught legally! it doeasnt matter if in his freezer or on the wall. no diff.! you are not in possesion of it! one question myself.... does the taxidermist have to abide by the possesion limit? when he may have numerous fish in waiting? if thats the case, then i can easily get an ein number and claim i have a taxi business ans keep all the fish i want? i may be wrong on this but this is my understanding, but my question still remains........
