Ruger SP101 in .22lr

Ruger is re-releasing the SP101 in .22lr, which has me pretty excited. I've been half fast looking for a used one for something like 5-7 years, but they're really tough to find. Especially when you're not looking all that hard.

Anyone else excited about this?

I wasn't excited before but when I get home from work I will take a look at them online and see how excited I can get. I don't NEED another firearm, but I have lots of room in the safe

I don't think I'll be buying one right away, since I don't have $5-600 burning a hole in my pocket, but I think it would be a great training/ teaching/ plinking gun. And it might make a pretty good grouse gun as well.

The new ones are 8-shot cylinders, two more than the old ones. I had kind of figured I'd eventually buy the Taurus 94, but I love my Rugers...
