Trailer to fish house conversion insulation?

This is a Sunlite pop-up trailer where the top pops up 2 feet. So I take out the metal framing that sisors up the roof and all the trailer stuff so I can turn this into a wide open fish house. The walls are 3/4" wood and the outside is aluminum siding. I then I put 2x4's in the corners and 2x2's spaced out 16"s that now holds the roof. I'm going to put either the pink or blue insulation or the insulation with the foil attached. My question is the vapor barrior. Do you put 5mil poly or Tyvec for a vapor barrior? confusedfull-983-12599-trailer8_22.jpg

There is about 1/2" of insulation in the roof and the walls had no insulation at all! I'll be brining this up to Lake Of The Woods and it's always -25 degrees there with a 25mph wind, so i'll want this to be well insulated. I hope to have this done before the 29th of October so I can use it at Camp Ripley bow hunt! smile
