Rippinlip
Seen the weep hole had some anti-freeze leaking from it and so I contacted my dealer and searched the internet and it looks like the seal wore out.I am going to tackle this tomorrow or Thursday, my question is has anybody ever replaced it?How tough is it to do?I have read as much as I could find on the net, looks managable, but I would like to hear from you.By the way the machine is a 2008, 500 H.O. aczr2k
People say you can do it with out the tool by using a socket. I myself would buy the installation tool, because I have bad luck. It isn't real difficult, just need to be carefull removing the old one. If you mess up the water pump shaft now your talking big bucks to split the case halves. Good luck!
