Powder, I've had a Pals for 10 years and just recieved my 5 year renewal last week. At least there isn't a charge for renewal anymore. The contact number for questions is 1-800-731-4000. It says it can be slow to get through this time of year but hopefully they can help you out. Good Luck Dr. J
