Droid X2 extended battery

My battery completely crashed somehow yesterday in my new(er) X2. I went to Verizon and, funny, they could either send me a new on in 48 hours, or I could buy an extended life battery.

It was $40 for the extended life, so I went ahead with it. I still get a new one in the mail tomorrow, and if I'd like I could return the extended life one.

I used the new battery today and it was excellent.

I usually listen to Pandora or IHeartRadio all the time. Usually at lunch I need to plug the phone in and charge in order to make it until 3:30, at which time it's dead.

Today, it made it until 3:30 without charging at all, and even then it was still at 20%.

Today we mowed a Sr. High, 6 straight hours of trimming, plus some equipment fixing. Much better than before when I would get about 3 hours out of the first "X", with the regular battery.

BTW, it's a BH6X if you look for one online.

Only bad thing about extended batteries is you can't put an Otter Box on your phone, and after owning one I will never NOT have an Otter Box on any phone I ever own again.
