Saw a really strange boat coming down the river last night with an animated light up horse walking on a screen...

Posted this in the open water forum, but wondering if any cat guys saw it last night. I was in pool 2 around Pike island and downstream towards St. Paul. There were a few other boats out catting last night and I saw this boat show off for some shore fisherman as well.
