Ladder for Duck Boat?

Does anybody know a good way to put a ladder on a duck boat that is not too expensive? I got tired of climbing into the boat while standing in 3+ feet of water last year. I have a 16 ft jon boat with a Northern Flight Blind. Thanks!!!

What you can do is find an old aluminum ladder and cut it down then take two pieces of 1/2 inch conduit and a conduit bender, then

bend conduit into hooks and slide old garden hose over hook part and flatten out the bottom part of the conduit and bolt to aluminum ladder put ladder over side of boat

OR

Buy a inexpensive pool ladder that already has the hooks on it and camo paint it up.
