Authentication

I was wondering if anyone here would know how to get an autographed jersey authenticated. I won a framed, autographed and HOF inscribed Carl Yastremski Jersey eight years ago while attending the Northwoods league all star game. It didn't come with a certificate of authenticity but I have the program, ticket stub, and the local newspaper article all of which attest to its authenticity. They also gave away a Piazza autographed jersey. Any info would be appreciated.
