value of Lund Pro V

I am trying to work out a fair deal with my neighbor on him buying my:

2003 Lund 1800 ProV IFS, 175 Yamaha HPDI, Minnkota Co Pilot, two Lowrance graphs, on Lowrance GPS also Shorelander Single Axle Trailer, boat cover etc.

It's in good shape, the motor is flawless, I've never had a better engine on a boat. Since he's my neighbor and friend I want it to be a fair deal for both of us. What's it worth?

I shopped for about six months for your set up. I would say $20,000. It's about going rate, and your neighbor knows the history of the boat.
