night time planer boards

How come it says that you cannot use the offshore board lights on the tatttle flags? I have the spring flags and do not feel like taking them off all the time. How else would you keep track of your board at night?

Walleyewacker, Try a breakable "glowstick with a rubber band or reflective tape that you'd find in the auto section. Use a silicone or glue to keep the tape on the flag. One on the top and one on the bottom. This tape is very bright and minimal light is needed to see them. I use the tape on tip-ups while ice fishing too. When ice fishing I shine a light and if I dont see the "glowing eyes" looking at me...fish on!!!! When on boards you'll then hope to see the......"glowing eyes". can it be luck?
