1977 Spirit OB

This motor runs fine except for one problem. When it is first started it seems to only run one one cylinder for a couple of minutes and stalls out . But once it is warmed up it runs fine. Any Ideas what could be causing this? I have tryed new plugs.

The first thing I would do is check the spark, if you have good spark when the problem occurs then it's probably not the ignition.

It sounds like carb problem. It may need adjustment,possibly too rich of a setting.Good Luck! OMC RULES!
