Eagle Lake/Maple Grove

Anyone had any luck fishing in the last year for walleye on Eagle in Maple Grove? I've read that the lake isn't what it used to be, but still has some big ones in there.

I fish Eagle Lake a lot. I have been in there a few times already this spring. Caught many a limit of crappies. We saw a muskie from shore too. As for last year. I only caught one walleye last year but it was a beauty. We fish mainly for muskies there, we caught 4 last year, pretty good for our first year muskie fishin. I also caught a 6lb bass on Pike. The pike are decent there too. Overall a nice multi-species lake that can be very difficult sometimes, but if you can be happy with just seeing huge muskies in the shallows, then this lake is fun. If you need to catch fish to be happy, tonka is an easy producer.
