goblueM Posted May 2, 2011 Share Posted May 2, 2011 I like to take two 1/2 pound tuna steaks and marinate them for 2 hours in:1.5 T olive oil1.5 T ume plum vinegara little cracked pepper1/2 cup white onion, diced2 garlic cloves, mashedstrain out the solids from the marinate and reserve. Sear the tuna on a hot grill, flip once, then put the solids on top of the fish for the remainder of grillingmakin this tonight with lemon-butter asparagus and pairing it with a black ipa, pretty excited Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
