does anyone know if people are allowed to go in there during the spring and summer and call ducks/geese? i know there is the sanctuary parts that are off limits. do you think there would be any restrictions to go find a spot, put out a decoy or two and call?

Hmm I'd have to say that would be ok, but I might be totally wrong. As long as you are in a section that isn't off limits. I might avoid the decoys and dressing up in camo though, it wouldn't take long for someone to call the dnr if they seen that. When i'm out bobber fishing walleyes I like to practice my calls. Good way to pass time till I get a bite.

that's about what i was thinking. i usually go down a lake, put out 2 goose dekes and 2 or 3 mallard dekes and call (no camo). just something to do. i might try Lampreys Pass WMA in forest lake as well
