Twins 57 Fan
I have a Minn Kota mk210 Onboard Charger.Bank one is working good. Bank 2 is showing a green light indicating a full charge. I know that the battery does not have a full charge, it is not lower than 11.5, but the charger says its full. I run a 24 volt system so I tried switching the batteries to see if it was the battery or the charger... same result. I then cleaned all connections on the bank 2 side. nothing happened. Is this a fixable problem? I did extend the wire leads to reach my second battery when I purchased the unit. However, the unit has worked good for 2 years until now so I do not see why that would be a factor. Why won't the charger read that the battery needs to be charged? Please help, Opener is only 3 weeks away!
Twins 57 Fan
Scratch that... solved my own problem. Corrosion in one of the inline fuses. Cleaned it up, put a new fuse in, works like a charm!
