Hawks got lucky getting in for sure, but they have the potential.

Depends on which team shows up...the energized young one or the tired young one. Crawford can carry 'em with that D's help, but I don't like Hjalmarson (sp?) on the right side. I say stay with the girl/D who took you to the dance and not change lineups too much (just some arm-chair coaching).

Here's hoping their recent streak against Van in the playoffs continues this yr.

Lots of good all-around teams in the mix this year...should be plenty of good playoff action no matter which team advances.

I should have added my vote to this thread:

Was it a 6 OT game? Can't remember, but I still remember watching it--phenomenally historic one in my opinion.

And if I had to vote for the one I hated most, although I don't know if it's in the list of 64, I remember going to a theatre to watch on "closed circuit" when Espo let that game 7 shot from afar get over his shoulder.

But now the pain of that loss is really alot less since last yr's Cup victory.
