Turkey choke and loads (first time hunter)

I just got my first shotgun, a Remington 870.

This will be my first time hunting turkeys.

Any suggestions on an appropriate choke?

Also what is a good turkey load? I'd prefer non-toxic.

Full choke with 5 or 6 shot. about 2 1/4 oz shot and around 1200-1300 fps. I havent used it but I think Remington Hevi-shot is non toxic but it is spendy. It might be a little wrong but I don't worry about non-toxic because you will only shoot once (hopefully!!)
