Westrush, I've had an empire heater in my wheelhouse for just over ten years now without a single problem. Don't have a fan unit butI use a computer fan and old vex battery and it runs silently for days. Keeps the air circulated quite well. Pretty bullet proof heater from what I've heard and experienced. Match it up with a battery operated CO detector and you should be set. There is a RV repair place just north of Ramsey that sells them and parts if you ever need any.

Not sure who makes the ones at Northern, Menards....But Its pretty hard to beat the Empire. I do HVAC work for a living and have never seen or heard anything bad about them. I have two of them in different fish house's and they have never let me down.

I've used the Empire like from Fish House Supply. They work really good, however you do need to upsize it vs a non-vented. My thought would be if you had a 10,000 BTU unvented that works well, you'd probably want to look at either the 14k or 18k unit (probably 30-50% bigger). Quite a bit of heat escapes out that vent, vs containing it all within the house.
